Each board decides who can vote, who can suggest features and whether new requests wait for your approval. 2. **You set the status** Sort by votes to see what people want most, then change a status from the edit screen, Quick Edit or Bulk Edit. 3. **Everyone hears about it** Followers get an email five minutes after a status change, so a status picked by mistake can be corrected first. ## Private and accessible - Everything is stored in your own WordPress database, and no IP addresses are stored. - Names and emails from visitors are shown only to moderators, never publicly. - Works with WordPress's tools to export and erase personal data. - The board, the form and the request pages aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA, and work with a keyboard and without JavaScript. Yes. The board and the form take their colours and spacing from your theme, in block themes and classic themes. ### Can visitors without an account suggest features? Not by default. Each board can allow everyone, only logged-in users, or nobody. Visitors without an account leave a name and email, which are never shown publicly. ### Does it work on multisite? Yes. Each site of the network has its own boards, requests, votes and settings. ### How do I delete its data? Deleting the plugin keeps your requests and votes.
